The company specialized in contracting services related to installation and maintenance of machinery at Kudremukh Iron Ore Company Limited, Kudremukh, Karnataka.

PWD and Government Projects
Consistent execution helped the company enter Public Works Department projects and participate in initiatives such as PMGSY, KRRDA, RDPR, MID, VGNL, and other infrastructure programs.

He was also a dedicated social worker and founder of Rashmi Charitable Trust, leaving behind values that continue to shape the company's work and responsibilities.

Mr. Vinesh Kumar serves as the Managing Partner of Rashmi Constructions and is responsible for the company's overall operations, growth, and strategic expansion.
With over 28 years of experience across construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, and marine sectors, he brings expertise in project execution, plant management, and heavy construction equipment operations. He also spent 16 years in Dubai specializing in Electrical & Instrumentation systems for offshore and industrial projects.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics from Mangalore University and continues to drive the company's commitment to quality, innovation, operational excellence, and infrastructure growth.
